The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.6368 of 2023 dated 01.03.2023 has been complied with.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
