This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete investigation and to file final report / charge sheet in Crime No.9 of 2023, pending on the file of the respondent-Police.

2. The F.I.R. in Crime No.9 of 2023 dated 08.01.2023 filed based on the complaint given by the petitioner is pending investigation. Hence, final report sought to be filed within a period of three months.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent states that the investigation will be completed within a period of three (3) months.
