This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 15.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.27884 of 2022 to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of whom, one surety must be a blood related surety i.e either the father or mother of the petitioner each for a like sum.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27884 of 2022 on 15.11.2022 with a condition the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of whom, one should be a blood relative either father or mother of the petitioner. He would submit that the father of the petitioner is no more and mother of the petitioner is residing in USA and thereby, the petitioner was unable to furnish the sureties before this Court and thereby, he seeks for modification of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) on instructions would submit that the father of the petitioner is no more and mother of the petitioner is residing in USA.

Crl.M.P.No.18792 of 2022 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one surety must be a relative of the petitioner, each for a like sum. The other conditions shall remain intact. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
