ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the writ on hand is filed questioning the validity of the show cause notice, issued by the second respondent in proceedings dated 10.02.2012.

2. During the pendency of the writ petition, the Competent Authority passed an Order in Original, pursuant to the show cause notice issued. The said fact is not in dispute between the parties. Thus, the present writ petition requires no further adjudication and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
