Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent in Letter L.1/39072/01, dated 13.05.2002 and the consequential proceedings of the third respondent in WDC.No.TP/D.5/5920/2003, dated 29.08.2003, quash the said proceedings, and direct the respondents herein to grant approval for the proposed sub-division of Plots in T.S.No.28/2, Block No.13, Old Iyanavaram Village, Old Door No.36, Kujji Street, East Anna Nagar, as per the plan approved by the petitioner and also direct the respondents to refund the sum of Rs.8,950/- illegally and unauthorisedly collected from the petitioner and direct the respondents to pay the cost of this Writ Petition to the petitioner.

ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more and hence, the Writ Petition may be dismissed. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. If the respondents have got any grievance over the property in question, it is open for them to issue fresh notice to the occupants/owners of the property in question and proceed in accordance with law. No costs.
