ORDER

This Civil Revision Petitions has been filed to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 15.11.2017 passed in I.A.No.79 of 2017 in O.S.No.6438 of 2014 on the file of the XIX Additional Judge, City Civil Judge, Chennai, thereby allowing the petition to condone the delay of 785 days in filing the petition to set aside the ex-parte decree. 1/3

2. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit was restored and subsequently, the main suit itself was dismissed for default on 08.12.2022. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
