This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.27822 of 2022 dated 15.11.2022 before this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Dindigul Town Police Station, Dindigul, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight (8) weeks.
