Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate departmental enquiry against the respondent No.4 and place him under suspension pending disposal of the departmental enquiry initiated against the writ petitioner.

2. The petitioner herein has sought for a direction to the respondents to initiate departmental enquiry against the 4th respondent.

3. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent Bank would submit that the 4th respondent herein had retired from the services of the respondent Bank on 28.02.2017. It is also stated that no grounds have been made by the petitioner to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the 4th respondent.

4. As such, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition may not have any merits. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
