This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the court below to dispose of the suit in O.S. 986 OF 2004, on the file of Addl. District Munsif, Namakkal.
2. Considering the nature of order going to be passed in this Civil Revision Petition, which would not cause prejudice to the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 1/3
3. The petitioner is the plaintiff. He has filed a suit seeking for possession and damages. According to the petitioner, originally, the suit has been filed in the year 2004, and the same is pending. In the meantime, the 1st respondent husband filed a suit against the petitioner, which was disposed and confirmed in Second Appeal by this Court. However, the suit filed by the petitioner is still pending.
4. I have heard and considered the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for petitioner and perused the records carefully.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Addl. District Munsif, Namakkal is directed to dispose the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Accordingly, this C.R.P. stands disposed of.
