2. Mr. R. Subramanian, the Director of the appellant-company, and who is also a practicing Advocate appeared in person and submitted that he has properly explained the reasons for the delay, in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. Since the petitioner has explained the reasons for the delay in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. The petition is ordered.
