This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 01.11.2022 made in W.P.No.26216 of 2022. 2.The petitioner filed writ petition challenging the award passed by the respondent and this Court vide order dated 01.11.2022 made in W.P.No.26216 of 2022 set aside the order impugned therein in so far as the petitioner is concerned and remand the matter back to the respondent, pursuant to which the respondent passed order on 20.03.2024 re-determining the compensation.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Advocate General that prior to passing of the order dated 20.03.2024 the respondent has preferred writ appeal before the Division Bench of this Court and the same is pending and the compliance order has been passed subject to the result of the writ appeal. In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed. 18.04.2024 pri Index: Yes/No 2/3
