This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.997/2019 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash all further proceedings including investigation as against the petitioners in the said case in Crime No.997/2019.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C. No.807/2021 before the Judicial Magistrate - I, Tiruppur.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
