ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition in order dated 27.09.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.4578 of 2022 imposed by the 1/4

learned Principal Special Judge for NDPS Act cases, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court below enlarged the petitioner on bail on a condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two acceptable and reliable sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur. One among the sureties must be a Government surety. However, the petitioner has come before this Court for modification of the condition since he was unable to make arrangements for Government surety.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Special Judge for NDPS Act cases, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.4578 of 2022 dated 27.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two acceptable and reliable sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur. One among the sureties must be a blood related surety. All other conditions remain unaltered.
