This petition has been filed to relax the condition "the petitioner shall report before the learned trial Court on all working days, at 10.30 a.m., without fail, until further orders, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23889 of 2022 dated 30.09.2022 in S.C.No.210 of 2016 on the file of XVIII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
