Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2022.

2. The Writ Petitioners have previously filed W.P.No.30304 of 2022 seeking the same relief. This Court by order dated 14.11.2022 after elaborate discussion dismissed the Writ Petition. Once again the petitioners have filed similar Writ Petition when the matter is already dismissed.

3. In such view of the matter, as the order in the earlier Writ Petition , liberty is granted to the petitioners to pursue any other relief before the appropriate forum, no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
