This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Magistrate on every Monday at 10.30a.m., till filing of the final report, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8112 of 2022 dated 29.04.2022 in Crime No.24 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, The City Crime Branch Police Station, Coimbatore City.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the concerned learned Magistrate on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30a.m., till the filing of the final report.
