C.M.P.No.25889 of 2023 in SA.No.147 of 2022 P.T. ASHA, J, This petition is filed to bring on record the 6th respondent herein as the legal representative of the deceased 1st Respondent, Rajappan and rank him as the 6th respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. The notice sent to the 6th respondent has been served on 18.11.2023 but however has not entered appearance.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

4. Considering the fact that the proposed parties have been served and also the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
