This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P (MD) No. 13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioners to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
