ORDER

In all these writ petitions, the petitioners, who are Departmental candidates and had participated in the recruitment process conducted by the first respondent for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police, have questioned certain answer keys furnished by the Respondent Board.

2. When objections were raised with regard to these questions, a new Expert Committee was formed and all the objections were referred to the Committee. In accordance with the opinion of the new Expert Committee, 0.5 marks each for three questions were awarded to the candidates and thus all the candidates herein became qualified for the next level of selection process of physical endurance test. 2/4

3. However, in the physical endurance test, the petitioner herein has failed to qualify. Hence, the petitioner may not be entitled for participation in the further selection process.
