This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.6(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25378 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
