Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned letter issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings Rc. 19336/ 2016/ OE2 dated 26.05.2016 and the consequential order of refixation issued by the 4th respondent in proceedings Rc.No: 1183/ 2016 PDS1 (2) and the consequential order of recovery issued by the 4th respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka. 1183/ 2016 PDS 1 (2) dated 27.02.2017 and the consequential admissibility report issued by the 5th respondent in proceedings PrAg (A&E) PEN P 27/12716914/ 2/ R 2716914 dated 19.05.2016 and quash these orders and consequently direct the respondents to restore the fixation of Scale of pay of the petitioner in the post of Selection Grade Junior Assistant at Rs.9300 - 34800 + 4200 G.P., as ordered by the fourth respondent in proceedings RC No.1488/2013 PDS, dated 06.03.2014.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 26.02.2019, to the Registry, seeking permission to withdraw this writ petition.
2. This matter has been listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal'. When the case is called, a similar request was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle today to that effect.
3. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected WMPs are also dismissed.
