4.Mrs.Renuga Respondents PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 29.04.2023 issued in D.O.No.375/2023, C.No.E1/3499/148/2023 and quash the portion of said proceedings in respect of imposing condition alone and consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to settle the retirement benefits including Pension to the Petitioner along with prescribed interest for delayed payment as per Pension rules within stipulated time.
