2. However, the learned counsel on both sides submit that the conditional order passed by this Court on 13.09.2022 has been complied with and the same is recorded by this Court.

3. On perusal of the records, it is clear that the suit was filed in the year 1995 for the relief of partition and therefore, considering the pendency and the age of the parties, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court to dispose of the said suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
