Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.

VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.M.GURUPRASAD, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to extend the time for further period of two weeks for complying the conditional order passed by this Court, in Crl.M.P.No.14067 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.1004 of 2019, dated 30.09.2019. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had taking steps to raise the funds, however he was not able to mobilise the huge amount to deposit the same and thereby, he would seek extension of time for a further period of two to deposit the said amount.

Taking into consideration and the submission, the time is extended by further period of two weeks from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
