O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's online Application No.20230616003885 dated 16.06.2023, to survey and mark the boundaries for the petitioner's land in Survey No.261/3 situated at Nagarkoodal Village, Nallampalli (Tk), Dharmapuri District within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 16.06.2023 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the adjacent land owners namely, all the land owners of the four boundaries of the petitioner' s land, the petitioner and interested parties/rival claimants if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the abovesaid direction, The Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
