Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Third Respondent to correct the mistake of registering the non-existent order of Attachment Before Judgment vide the Document No. 32 of 2017 dated 22.09.2017 registered at the office of the Third Respondent in the Encumbrance Certificate and also in the Index register which according to the Fourth Respondent who had not passed such an order of Attachment Before Judgment in her proceeding of ARC No. 594 of 2017 on 13.09.2017.
