Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 5th respondent pertaining to Memo dated 27.04.2023 in R.C.No.D2/182/11811/2023 and the Denovo Enquiry Proceedings initiated against the petitioner and to quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner based on the representation dated 05.04.2023 and grant him all consequential benefits including continuity of service without back wages for the period of unemployment by implementing and giving effect to the order of the 1st respondent made in P.R.No.21/TBM/2022 dated 02.01.2023 forthwith.
