This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26288 of 2022 by the order dated 31.10.2022 i.e., the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
