The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.11.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.17953 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19543 of 2022 to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. He would further submit that already the final report has been filed and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that only the interim final report has been filed and the investigation is still pending. Hence, he opposed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner.

4. Taking into account the submissions made by both sides, this Court finds no reason to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17953 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19543 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022.
