This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the charge-sheet in C.C.No.49 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee as against the petitioners herein.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that a compromise has been arrived at between the petitioners and the de-facto complainant.

3. Taking note of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Magistrate concerned for redressal of their grievances in C.C.No.49 of 2024, if any. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
