This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.26199 of 2022 by its order dated 28.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
