This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23560 of 2021 order dated 18.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
