This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph 6(a) passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21131 of 2024 dated 30.08.2024.

2.This Court while granting bail to the Petitioner imposed a condition that the Petitioner shall report before the trial Court, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, without fail.

3.Heard both sides.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the conditional order passed by this Court for a period of 52 days and the matter is under investigation.

4.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21131 of 2024 dated 30.08.2024 in 6(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the trial Court, on the dates fixed by the Court, concerned.
