Crl.M.P.No.15044 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22732 of 2024 P.DHANABAL, J This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22732 of 2024 on 13.09.2024 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsel and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m. for the period of three months.
