This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order dated 03.09.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.21433 of 2024 order.

2. Heard both sides.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that second and third petitioners have executed the sureties, hence the petition is not pressed in respect of petitioners 2 and 3.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioners and the reasons stated in the affidavit that due to ill health, first petitioner could not furnish sureties, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month to the first petitioner and as far as the second and third petitioners are concerned, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions is dismissed as not pressed.
