This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19342 of 2022 dated 12.08.2024.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
