ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We granted urgent circulation to petitioner since we were informed this morning that respondent has come to his property with bulldozers and at any moment, petitioner's residential structure will be demolished.

2. We have considered the petition and petitioner, admittedly, has his property in S.No.3/12A, whereas the notice dated 17.10.2024, based on which petitioner has filed this petition, relates to S.No.5/1.

3. Counsel admits that petitioner's property is not in S.No.5/1.

4. In our view, petition itself is not maintainable. Petition is dismissed.

5. If there is any encroachment in S.No.5/1 by petitioner, the encroached portion shall be demolished.

6. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, interim applications stand closed.
