This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to unlock the petitioner's savings Account No. 6317009081 based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2023.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2023, requesting to unlock the petitioner's savings Account No. 6317009081 was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.There is no representation on behalf of the respondents. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2023 on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be carried out by the respondent within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
