Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 104 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.141209 of 2023 is condoned and the Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.P.M.Jayachandran, learned counsel for the first respondent in the cause list.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise, in order and list the same for admission.
