Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent in Regr/Sanctioned StrengthCentral Law College/2003/602 dated 17.04.2003 and quash the same. O R D E R

Challenging the show cause notice issued, the Writ Petition has been filed. In the said show cause notice dated 17.04.2003, the petitioner was asked to show cause as to why the sanctioned strength of 80 students for the third year B.L.Regular Degree Course shall not be declared as irregular. The petitioner has also given his reply.

2.Therefore, if no final order is passed, it is open to the first respondent to pass appropriate final order. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

impugned order is of the year 2003. It is quite possible that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition would have become infructuous, as the students should have completed the Course long time back.

3.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
