This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 186 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the orders passed in C.A.No.3 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Mayladuthurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
