This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed in paragraph No.9(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.23639 of 2022 dated 29.09.2022 in Crime No.532 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
