ORDER

When the Criminal Revision case came up for hearing on 12.04.2024, there was no representation for the revision petitioners and hence the case was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' today. Even today, i.e., 12.04.2024 there is no representation for the revision petitioners.

2. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non prosecution.

3. The revision petitioners/accused shall surrender before the trial Court viz., Judicial Magistrate No.1, Mannargudi, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order, failing which, the Trial Court shall take steps to secure their presence for serving the remaining period of sentence. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
