The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent to measure and survey the Petitioner's property and to fix boundary stone at No.43, Kovil Street, Anverdhikanpettai, Vellore-632502 under Survey No. 517/19 (extent of 139 Sq.ft.,) as per Patta No. 381.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that survey of the property has been completed and a status report has been filed to that effect. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
