For Petitioners in both C.R.P.s : Mr.G.Gokul For Respondent in both C.R.P.s : Mr.D.Baskar C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking to set aside the order and decreetal orders made in I.A.Nos.731 and 732 of 2017 in O.S.No. 135 of 2011 dated 16.09.2017 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Cuddalore respectively.

Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the original suit in O.S.No.135 of 2011 on the file of Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore was disposed of on 18.09.2019. So, the relief claimed in these Civil Revision Petitions challenging the orders passed in the applications to receive the document by condoning the delay and to recall D.W.1 to mark the said additional document became infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. 2/4

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, these Civil Revision Petition are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
