The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to consider the claims of the Petitioner for granting higher start of pay as per the Government Order in G.O. Ms. No. 321, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 02.07.1998 and grant higher start of pay for possessing degree qualification with effect from 18.04.2012 and accordingly fix the pay of the Petitioner and pay arrears arising out of the fixation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that after filing of the Writ Petition, the Respondents have granted increment to the Petitioner and nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
