ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition seeking appropriate direction to the respondents to take action and to remove the illegal construction made in the area allotted by the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the action has already been initiated by the said respondent and the needful would be done within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the above said submission, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the second respondent to proceed further and to take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
