COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the third respondent, Inspector of Police, Sivakasi Town Police Station, Sivakasi, to execute the Bailable Warrant dated 07.01.2019 issued in C.C.Nos.7983 and 7990 of 2019, respectively, by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-I, Allikulam, against the second accused.

C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioner initiated proceedings under Section 138 Negotiable instruments Act as against the second respondent in C.C.Nos.7983 and 7990 of 2018 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-I, Allikulam,
2. On receipt of summons, the accused person viz., the second respondent did not appear before the trial Court. Therefore, the trial Court has issued a bailable warrant to the second accused and it is pending on the file of the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent.
3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to execute the bailable warrant issued by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-I, Allikulam in C.C.No. 7983 and 7990 of 2018 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner / de-facto complaint is also directed to cooperate with the third respondent and furnish the correct address to the second respondent to execute the bailable warrant.

With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
