O R D E R

[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue viz., minor Sneha, aged about 17 years, D/o.Shankar, has filed the present petition seeking a direction to first respondent to produce the detenue before this Court from the illegal custody of second respondent and hand over custody to the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the detenue went missing from 28.10.2019 and after searching for the detenue in all the places, petitioner preferred a complaint. Since no action was taken, the present petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent submits that the detenue was secured and produced before learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri. After recording the detenue's statement, she was handed over to the petitioner. In the aforestated circumstance, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
