The prayer in the writ petition reads as follows: To direct the respondents to dispose the petitioner's second appeal Nos.SA/1480/F/21 and SA/2704/F/21 based on the representation dated 12.09.2022.

2. Mr.C.Vigneswaran, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent. Considering the nature of relief sought for notice to the respondents 2 and 3 is deemed unnecessary.

3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that a preliminary order has already been passed and they need some time to dispose of the appeals.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the second appeals within 2/4

a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No costs.
